The Pelino Company, since its foundation
in 1783, aims at quality and at the wellbeing of consumers.
Quality means using certified ingredients of high value (Avola almonds,
Hazelnuts from Piedmont or Romans, Sicilian pistachios, Belgian chocolate
etc.), so as to be unconditionally respectful of taste.
Quality means using traditional productive processes that preserve the
integrity of the ingredients and grant the customer’s full organoleptic
satisfaction.

Wellbeing of the customers means producing in accordance with the most
credited health requirements. The Confetti Pelino Company declares that
its products are 100% free of animal fats: white ceremony “confetti”
contain Avola almonds, sugar and vanilla; chocolate “confetti”
contain the fats derived from cocoa berries (cocoa butter) and Soya lecithin
as an emulsifying agent. The quality of Pelino products is therefore suitable
for food intolerances and allergies. For instance, the Confetti Pelino
Company certifies that its ceremony “confetti” are absolutely
free of milk and its derivates, and exclusively contain Avola Almonds,
sugar and vanilla. All Pelino products are made following the ancient
confectionary tradition: without starch, gluten or malt-dextrin. They
are therefore compatible with the most widely spread intolerances, such
as coelatic diseases, and are indicated as a food integrator, thanks to
their combination of proteins, carbohydrates and lipids (unsaturated,
Omega-3), with the advantage of a delicious taste.

The Confetti Pelino Company further certifies that all decorations present
on the comfits are made with high quality products.
